Val-d'Or, Québec - September 25, 2025 - International Prospect Ventures Ltd. (TSXV: IZZ) (the "Company") announces that, further to its news release of September 24, 2025, it has increased the size of its previously announced non-brokered private placement offering such that it will issue up to 12,000,000 Units at a per Unit price of $0.05 for gross proceeds of up to $600,000 (instead of 7,000,000 Units for gross proceeds of up to $350,000, as previously announced). Each Unit will consist of one common share in the capital of the Company and one non-transferable share purchase warrant entitling the holder thereof to acquire one common share of the Company at a per share price of $0.07 for a period of 36 months from the closing date.
